Enrollment Advisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to manage admissions for a graduate healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on the degree program, including curriculum and industry trends

Determine candidate eligibility and engage with prospective students through various communication channels

Track applicant conversion to matriculation and maintain accurate records and reports

Required Qualifications

College degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience

3+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting

3+ years of experience using Salesforce

Experience in inside or outside phone sales and / or higher education admissions / enrollment

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
