Construction Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Construction Administration phase of multiple architectural projects and implementing firm-wide CA protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Construction Administration phase of multiple architectural projects.
• Implement and oversee firm-wide CA protocols and best practices.
• Conduct site visits and review submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and building codes.
• Spearhead QA / QC processes to maintain high standards of documentation and construction quality.
• Collaborate with project architects and design teams to resolve field issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within the CA team.
• Maintain detailed records of construction progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Act as a primary liaison between the firm, clients, and construction teams.
• Contribute to projects in the education, municipal, and community sectors, ensuring alignment with public agency standards and stakeholder expectations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.

Full company benefits, PTO, holidays, fully on site in office

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte,NC.
