Senior Manager, Patient Services Marketing

Office location : Alexion locations : Boston, MA or New Haven, CT.

Position may require up to 30% travel.

This is what you will do :

This position will drive the development, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of marketing projects that increase community awareness of available patient support and the Patient Services brand (OneSource) overall. We are looking for a passionate marketer who can bring expertise in digital healthcare trends and applicable technology solutions for scalable marketing operations. This will be an excellent opportunity to master portfolio marketing in a fast‑paced growth environment.

You will be responsible for :

• Material development and management of marketing projects aiming to increase awareness about available patient support (including, but not limited to promotional brochures and materials, website development, email campaigns, digital engagement, program forms, and communication support).
• Leading channel strategy and development of Field / Patient Engagement tactics, including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS / MMS, SEM / SEO, and print.
• Developing and executing AI‑driven marketing campaigns for patients.
• Using AI tools for customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
• Supporting the MLR approval of marketing material for the OneSource brand.
• Working directly with contracted agencies to manage projects within assigned budgets and timelines.
• Developing and maintaining good communication and collaboration with many internal cross‑functional stakeholders.
