Implementation Coordinator

A company is looking for an Implementations Coordinator to manage and oversee implementations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage implementation pipeline and ensure high-quality data entry in internal systems Liaise with clients to set expectations for data migration and follow up post-implementation Assist external consultants with client queries and maintain implementation documentation and policies Required Qualifications Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong organizational skills Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport with clients Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments Basic understanding of IT systems or software relevant to the implementation process Ability to troubleshoot issues and work both autonomously and within a team
