The Parking Operations Associate is team-focused and oversees parking operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, revenue optimization, and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on building strong relationships with teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, and driving operational excellence through shared goals. You will work closely with site managers and frontline staff to enhance service quality, streamline processes, and implement best practices while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

You will also collaborate with senior leadership to align district goals with broader company objectives, optimizing financial performance and customer satisfaction. The Parking Operations Manager will be accountable for client satisfaction, compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will continue to be responsible for assisting in the oversight of all aspects of parking operations, including staffing, facility management, revenue optimization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management :

• Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to company policies. Champion a teamwork-driven approach to managing parking operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality and compliance.
• Implement best practices for parking efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to improve service quality and optimize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, etc.).
• Foster a supportive environment where location managers and frontline employees collaborate effectively to achieve operational goals.
• Regularly engage with teams to provide guidance, training, and motivation.
• Perform location oversight for PTO and open positions of Project Managers as needed.
