About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in its rapid expansion and technological transformation. The COO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, with a focus on operational leadership, technology and systems optimization, strategic planning, financial and administrative oversight, and talent and culture management. This executive will be responsible for driving performance metrics, overseeing the integration of proprietary tech tools, and ensuring the company's high standards of quality and efficiency are met at scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar executive leadership role, deep operational knowledge in relevant industries, and a strong understanding of the technological and financial aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities for the COO include owning day-to-day operations across various departments, leading the adoption of automation and AI tools, and collaborating with the CEO to refine the growth strategy. The role also involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership, as well as leading the talent acquisition strategy and driving a high-energy, performance-driven culture. The successful candidate will be a tech-savvy sales leader, capable of managing the operational and strategic levers needed to scale the business, and will be instrumental in the company's goal to grow significantly in revenue and market presence.
