Qualifications

3 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven history of exceeding quotas.

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Demonstrated success developing new accounts and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Strong hunter mentality driven by performance outcomes and customer impact.

Excellent presentation communication and follow-through skills.

Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and productivity tools (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint iOS).

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new referral relationships across SNFs home health agencies physician offices rehab centers and hospitals.

Implement weekly sales activities and territory strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.

Deliver on-site product demonstrations and conduct in-service education for referral partners.

Present pricing and negotiate contracts in targeted accounts using corporate strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly new business and activity quotas .

Serve as the face of the brand representing the company with professionalism empathy and accountability.
