Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that best fit their requirements.

Lead Generation : Identify and develop opportunities for sales by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Insurance Consulting : Provide informed advice on a range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance policies.

Sales Processes : Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed insurance production goals and targets.

Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, answer questions regarding coverage, and ensure that clients receive excellent service throughout the insurance lifecycle.

Community Outreach : Participate in community events and networking activities to promote agency services and foster goodwill within the local community.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active California Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within a specified period.

Experience : Preferred experience in insurance sales. State Farm experience preferred

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on client engagement.

Client-Centric : Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Remote Work Skills : Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote setting while effectively managing time and responsibilities.

Interpersonal Skills : Proven skills in relationship-building and maintaining productive client conversations.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems.
