Proven experienced phlebotomist. Valid driver's license. Valid Auto Insurance. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Knowledge regarding HIPAA law. Detail-oriented. Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Reliable transportation is a must.

Job Details :
- The candidate / phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
- The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment / event, this is not an hourly or salary-paid position.
- Bi-Weekly Pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
