Job Responsibilities :
Build strong partnerships and engage with senior business leaders to design best-in-class analytics solutions to support their strategic objectives.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams and share ideas to solve complex business problems.
Guide the development of powerful insights and tools using a variety of analytical techniques and technologies.
Work with stakeholders to implement sophisticated analytics models in existing workflows and systems.
Work collaboratively with business partners to develop business rules, to facilitate model-based actions.
Monitor model adoption and effectiveness of business rules; facilitate revision to business rules as necessary.
Lead discussions with executive management team about Strategic Analytics projects.
Support, mentor and develop the growing Strategic Analytics team on holistic, business aspects of projects.

Desired Skills / Experience :
P&C insurance claim experience, including knowledge and understanding of property and casualty products, claim, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
Experience developing models in cloud-based tools in Azure such as Databricks, Snowflake, Github
Experience with Claim models supporting TPA driven operating model
Experience with cloud-based model deployment via MLOps
Experience prompt engineering and evaluating results of LLMs
Minimum of 7 years of direct management experience
Education :
A degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarialscience or similar quantitative fields; or significant experience managing or directing advanced data analytics projects.
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading a data science / research team

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
171,500 - $236,000 / year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
