Real Estate Paralegal (In House Position)

Responsibilities will include -

• Draft and prepare commercial real estate agreements.
• Interact with internal teams regarding purchase agreements, leasing terms, financial terms, etc.
• Reviews sales contracts, insurance certificates, property condition reports, environmental reports, estoppels, and related documents.
• Work with selling parties to ensure receipt of all necessary due diligence materials related to the property and tenants.
• Prepares real estate closing packages and reviews closing statements.
• Maintain and update database and management of documents.
• Extensive client and vendor interaction.

Qualifications include 4+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience, bachelor's degree required and Paralegal certificate a plus! Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and enjoy a fast-paced position.
