The Head Of Finance And Accounting Is Responsible For Ensuring Overall Financial Health Of The Business - Past, Present, And Future. Past - Ensuring Historicals Are Accurate And Taxes And Notices For Prior Periods Are Followed Up With For Legal Requirements. Present - Working With All Internal And External Contacts To Deliver Upon Any Requests With Strong Insights And Recommendations. Future - Managing Strong Processes For An Accurate Model To Ensure Margins Are Upheld And Cash Is Maintained And / Or Growing As Well As Proper Goal Setting With Department Heads.

Numbers :

• 3 Direct Reports; Lead In Finance, Accounting Manager And Sr Accountant
• Annual Budget Is 720k For The Department. I Am Willing To Review The Budget Once We Exceed 27m.
• We Do Planning Twice A Year (H1 & H2) And Run The Business In Halves With Reporting Cadence On Trimesters.
• Growing 3% MoM With 15% Non-adjusted EBITDA

As A Remote-first Company, You'll Have The Ability To Work From Your Home Office. This Role Has The Opportunity To Operate 100% Virtually From Your Home Office. We Primarily Collaborate With Our Colleagues Through Virtual Meetings (Zoom), And Slack. In This Role, You Will Be Required To Operate A Laptop Computer (PC Or Mac Available), Computer Software Platforms, And Other Office Productivity Tools As Necessary. Due To The Nature Of This Role, You Must Be Able To Remain Stationary For Extended Periods, Must Be Able To Observe And Interpret Written And / or Verbal Communication, Must Have Reliable Internet Access, And A Professional Background.
