Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator II Small Business Outreach, Coordination & Monitoring to join our Education & Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will support the District's small and local business outreach program through direct coordination with contractors, vendors, and community partners. Conducts outreach events, maintains participation records, and monitors compliance with District small business and local hire goals. Assists with community relations activities and reporting to ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Support the District's small and local business outreach program through direct coordination with contractors, vendors, and community partners
• Organize and participate in outreach events to promote local business inclusion
• Maintain accurate records of small business participation and local hire metrics
• Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with District small business and local hire goals
• Assist with community relations activities to foster stakeholder engagement
• Prepare reports and updates to ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and the Board

Salary Range : $100,000 to $140,000 per year
