Job Description

The Driver transports equipment, supplies, documents, etc. to and from facilities and other off-site facilities as required and in accordance with DaVita policies, procedures, and service agreements. This position reports to the Facility Administrator.

Receives detailed instructions on all work, which is routine in nature, completed under close supervision with little autonomy

• Transports equipment or supplies from location to location as directed
• Operates a motor vehicle according to all applicable traffic laws and safe vehicle standards

o Informs FA or AFA immediately of any motor vehicle accidents or citations that occur while working or on personal time

o Ensures company vehicle is regularly maintained including but not limited to washing, oil changes, tires, and repairs

o Documents vehicle maintenance and sign-off approval from management

This position will support facilities in Pittsburgh area - Allegheny General Hospital, Canonsburg Hospital, and Trinity West.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

Entry level position with little or no prior relevant work experience

Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks

High School diploma or equivalent required

Current, valid driver's license in state of residence and clean motor vehicle driving record required
