• Call Schedule : Phone Call 1 : 8 Weekdays; 1 : 7 Weekend
• Compensation : - Base salary up to $250,000 plus bonus opportunities; Negotiable based on experience - Partners have potential earnings well above $400,000 depending on your role, performance, and contribution to the practice
• Benefits : - 2 Weeks Vacation, 48 Hours Sick Time- 3 Days CME plus $1,000 Allowance- Employer Paid Medical, Dental, License Fees and MICA Liability Insurance
• Additional Info : - Our privately owned practice provides the perfect opportunity for those looking to have freedom and autonomy over how their practice is run.- Partnership track available; $60,000 buy-in with the compensation based on collections minus the overhead and rainy day (contingency) fund. - Daily patient visits are a mix of new patient appointments / wellness visits : 45-60 minutes, follow-up patient appointments : 15-30 minutes, sick and review visits : 15 minutes.- Join a team of experienced and supportive colleagues dedicated to excellence in patient care.- Each provider has a dedicated medical assistant. - EMR : eClinicalWorks, Dictation : DragonRequirements : - Physician must be board certified before they start practicing.- Eligible for or have an active AZ license
