The Arthur Smith Institute for Urology at Northwell Health is seeking a physician leader for the position of Chief, Urology at Northern Westchester Hospital. Responsibilities and tasks of the role include :

• Working with the chair on all matters related to clinical operations
• Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
• Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
• Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
• Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department

Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology has seen tremendous growth over the past five years within Long Island, New York City, and Westchester; with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services.
