Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team on the night shift. The role involves performing MIG, Pulse MIG, and TIG welding processes on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, 304 stainless, 316 stainless, 420 stainless, and 325 incoloy. You will work with pipe sizes up to 15" OD and thicknesses ranging from 1 / 4" to 3 / 8", welding 75% MIG / Pulse MIG and 25% TIG.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Pulse MIG, and TIG welding processes.
• Work with a variety of materials, including carbon steel and various types of stainless steel.
• Weld pipes with sizes up to 15" OD and thicknesses ranging from 1 / 4" to 3 / 8".
• Ensure high-quality welding in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The night shift runs from 3 : 30 PM to 2 : 00 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed. The team has been working 10-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday consistently

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr.
