Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Retina Specialist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term career growth. In addition to providing state-of-the-art patient care, the successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to become involved in clinical trials and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our practice, including the potential for partnership. Key Responsibilities : Patient Care : Diagnose and manage complex retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, macular degeneration, and other retinal diseases. Clinical Procedures : Perform a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including intravitreal injections, laser therapies, and vitreoretinal surgeries as appropriate. Research & Clinical Trials : Engage in clinical trial participation and research initiatives as desired, contributing to innovative treatment modalities and advancement in retinal care. Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with our referring doctors, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure a comprehensive, patient-focused approach. Practice Development : Contribute to the growth and development of the practice with a focus, leading to a partnership track.. Qualifications : Board Certified / Eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Retina. A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and ongoing education. Optional interest in participating in clinical trials and, if desired, a long-term commitment to a physician-led practice. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
