Assistant Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the multi-family construction sector. The successful candidate will support project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of multi-family construction projects
Support project managers in tracking project progress and reporting updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
Help manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost control
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
Assist with problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare documentation and reports for project meetings and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

1+ years of experience in project management or multi-family construction

Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Proficiency in project management software and tools
