Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer product queries and assess their severity and urgency Coordinate and communicate with various teams to resolve software issues and escalate unresolved problems Enhance the FAQ library and provide after-hours critical support as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Five years of experience in a relevant role, such as Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Developer Three years of experience with supporting and implementing cloud solutions Two years of experience with programming and scripting languages, such as Java or Python Experience with customer support platforms and setting up analytical reports for customer service KPIs
