Salary : SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting all day to day education and training duties including, but not limited to operations, training, facilities, logistics, administrative and special effects as assigned between two training center and the mobile training team. This position works closely with the Facility, Logistics and Support Personnel Manager, Administrative Office Manager, Medical Programs Manager, and Ground Operations Manager as needed and assigned.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThis is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. Projects / duties may be modified / changed / added / deleted as needed.

FACILITIES & LOGISTICS

  • Perform facility maintenance and janitorial duties
  • Assist instructor staff with training courses to include pre-course preparations, in course operations, and post course reconciliation and tear down
  • Assist with medical supply inventory control and accountability
  • Provide field training logistical support
  • Perform field training & scenario area preparation and maintenance
  • Assist with and perform role-player wardrobe and training equipment inventory control
  • Setup and break down medical skills stations
  • Develop and maintain packing lists for training kits and bags
  • Assist with special effects
  • Maintain and organize all items in the warehouse
  • Maintain and repair all training aids as needed (i.e. Manikins, training simulators, smoke generators, audio / visual devices, paintball markers, etc.)
  • Assist with individual student files in accordance with state and company guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience :

  • Earned high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Specific Characteristics :

  • Must be flexible and adapt easily to constantly changing priorities.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times. Must be able to handle documents and sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Consistently applies excellent communication skills; both oral and written

  • Strong quality orientation, attention to detail, personal desire to meet / exceed requirements
