Data Entry Assistant

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a healthcare organization based in Braintree, MA. This is a 3-month, 100% onsite contract role, offering $20 / hour with flexible hours (9 AM-5 PM or 8 AM-4 PM). The position will assist with a MassHealth policy update project, focusing on member outreach, data entry, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact MassHealth members to notify them of policy changes and verify eligibility information.
• Enter and update member data accurately in internal systems.
• Generate and send member notification letters.
• Check and track authorizations to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Retrieve and verify information from the MassHealth website and other sources.
• Maintain organized records of communications, authorizations, and follow-up actions.
• Follow established procedures and directions carefully.
• Perform repetitive administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
