About the Role :

As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Your work will directly contribute to improving patients' communication abilities and overall quality of life, enabling them to engage more fully with their families and communities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and progress. Minimum Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with post-acute care patients or similar populations.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
