Job Description :

Mobility Experts, a Cricket Authorized dealer, is currently looking for a full time administrative assistant with HR experience. We are a national dealer with store fronts in Ohio and growing.

Mobility Experts is looking for a self-motivated leader who is interested in learning and growing within our company.

Duties include but are not limited to :

Using a POS system to track employee schedules, clock In / Out times, and sales, tracking inventory, onboarding new hires, creating digital employee files and running reports.

It is imperative to keep an open line of communication with company owners, regional manager and front of line employees.

Accounts receivable and payroll experience required.

Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.

The ability to multi task is a must as is experience Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
