Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting. Provide timely and professional responses to calls, using pre-scripted responses. Assist with online applications and submissions to healthcare providers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies. High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Fluent and professional communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to work on-site at our Brownsville office for effective collaboration.

We offer a competitive salary of $15.00 / hr, along with a $500 new hire bonus and potential bonuses of up to $2,400. You will thrive in a flexible work environment with comprehensive training provided.
Location : On-site in Brownsville, TX
Schedule : Flexible, Full-Time opportunities available. Site hours are Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. Night shifts are desirable, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
