Job Description

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred

License : Active Radiology Technologist license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, ARRT

Must-Have :

• Cath Lab experience, preferably with experience in Neuro, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac procedures.
• Experience with charting system Epic.

Description :

1st timers are welcome to apply.

Position floats between units is not required.

On-call required for both weekdays and weekends.

Weekends are not mandatory.

Block schedules are not required.

Expected patient ratios are 4 : 1.

Candidates must possess rigorous attention to detail and accurate monitoring skills.

Experience with various procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, carotid angiography, and neurovascular procedures is a plus.

Candidates should have experience in maintaining sterile fields and assisting in key medical interventions.

Special equipment familiarity is necessary for use in various procedures.

Experience working with adult and geriatric patient age groups preferred.

Knowledge of departmental procedures in neuro, vascular, cardiac, interventional radiology, and structural heart is valued.

Candidates must be open to float within neighboring facilities as required.

Successful applicants must have a reliable vehicle for commuting purposes.

Travelers are expected to commit to working multiple holidays.
