We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly packaging in the San Francisco Bay Area to help them find an experienced Payroll Administrator with 1-2 years of previous experience; who understands the importance of professionalism, technical excellence, and commitment to the highest industry standards. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $57,000 to $62,500 per year.

Job Description :

Compile and record time and attendance information in order to process timely, accurate payroll. Includes all affiliated transactions and reports. Requires confidentiality, friendly, helpful service and attention to detail.

  • Process, enter and transact all aspects of payroll
  • Complete tax reporting
  • Process wage statements and employment verifications
  • Maintain accurate, thorough records

Qualifications :

  • Experience with ADP Payroll
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and written
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word software
