Job Summary

The Assembler I performs production-related tasks involving the assembly of a wide range of components, from simple to complex subassemblies and assemblies. This is done using common hand and / or power tools in accordance with acceptance test guidelines and routing operations. The role requires maintaining proper packing and storage of finished goods where applicable. The work environment is moderate to fast-paced, repetitive, and detail-oriented. Strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines is essential. The ability to stand for 10-hour shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components into subassemblies and final products using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, test guidelines, and routing operations.
• Pack and store finished goods appropriately, if applicable.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and complete work within designated timeframes.
• Observe all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision.
