Job Description

McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking a Systems Engineer IV who will support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. NUWC is the United States Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support center for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and resourcefulness and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. This Engineer will be required to support projects related to NUWC's Platforms and Payloads Integration Department (Code 45) by performing the following tasks :

• Work with NUWC Engineers to establish standards, practices, and procedures for integrating, testing, and evaluating weapons systems used onboard Navy Submarines.
