Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coord to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coord, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Talent Acquisition Coord

Location : Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK)

Pay Range : 26.43 / hr

What's the Job?

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams
• Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and process reimbursement requests
• Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring completion of applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s
• Conduct audits for accuracy, completion, and compliance of candidate information and documentation
