About Us :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and upbeat Title Assistant to join our Oak Forest team and help keep our title operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do :

As part of our operations team, you’ll support our title examiners and processors in all stages of the title process, including :

  • Opening new title files and accurately entering order details.
  • Monitoring the orders email inbox and responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Preparing and updating CPLs and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) with correct title fees and lender information.
  • Sending out title orders and coordinating supporting documentation.
  • Preparing seller title documents to accompany outgoing orders.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients, agents, and lenders.
  • Assisting with customer relations to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Helping cover the front desk and phones as needed — we’re a team that helps one another.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A quick learner who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Prior title, lending, or real estate office experience a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.
  • In-office position (not remote friendly).
