Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for owning the Accounts Receivable process for 10 15 senior living communities. This is a remote based position.

Responsibilities :

• Performing centralized Accounts Receivable functions for 10 15 communities.
• Maintaining financial records in Yardi Voyager Senior Housing system, including census activity, payment posting, and ancillary charge entry in order to produce monthly billing statements and complete the month end process.
• Effectively communicating and building relationships with community and regional leadership as well as corporate office staff to obtain documentation required for record keeping. Delivering exceptional customer service to operational leadership at the community, regional, and divisional levels.
• Ensuring that documentation and data entry into Yardi Voyager is in accordance with company policy and procedures for SOX compliance.
