Experience in asset lease deployment coordination Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11
Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working in a hybrid schedule from the Houston, TX office.
Responsibilities :
- Deskside and remote technical support.
- Ticket management within ServiceNow.
- PC deployment and setup.
- Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
- Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.
