Organize catering deliveries, set up refreshments, and ensure meeting spaces are clean and guest-ready. Monitor meetings to provide in-room support such as lighting, temperature, or AV adjustments. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the office. Prepare and process outgoing shipments via postal and courier services. Maintain mail logs and ensure mailroom organization and cleanliness. Support office teams with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and supply ordering. Monitor and replenish office and hospitality supplies to ensure consistent availability. Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reporting as needed. Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion. Perform light facilities tasks such as restocking supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and assisting with workstation setups. Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure common areas are clean, functional, and well-maintained. Collaborate with vendors and building management as needed to support daily operations. Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and binding equipment for client or internal print jobs. Review print requests for accuracy and ensure high-quality output. Perform light maintenance on print equipment (replacing toner, clearing jams, etc.). 2–3 years of experience in office support, facilities, hospitality, or administrative services (corporate or legal setting preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology (copiers, phone systems, mail tracking tools, etc.). Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional, client-first attitude. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
