This is a remote position.
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries professionally.
Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
Assist with internal communications and office coordination.
Qualifications :
2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
