The Restorative Division at The Carpenter Health Network is building an exceptional team to navigate a full post-acute care continuum!

The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

Experience / Skills :

• Proven Marketing / Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Hospital / ICU experience preferred
• Strong Clinical Assessment skills
• Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
• Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing / Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
• Talented in networking with referral sources
• Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.
