Title : Technical Product Manager

Location : Mostly Remote; Los Angeles, CA (on-site 1 week per month)

Duration : 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation : $75–$90 / hr

About the Role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-profile consumer brand in the fashion and lifestyle space to find a Technical Product Manager who will own and modernize the entire returns ecosystem across ecommerce and retail. This is a hands-on role focused on backend integrations and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end returns workflows (RMA → refund → restock)
• Build and optimize integrations across Narvar, Shopify, OMS, ERP (NetSuite), and 3PLs
• Reduce manual effort and increase automation for returns
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and CX teams
• Drive process improvements and troubleshoot data flow issues
