About the Role

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join our mission-driven team in Portland, OR . In this role, you'll provide training and support to direct service staff and agency foster parents serving children and youth in program and home settings. This position requires strong training and facilitation skills and the ability to help others apply training content into practice.
