Job Summary :

The Hotel Engineering Supervisor will work closely with and report to the General Manager at Main & Sky. This person is responsible for overseeing all installation repair and upkeep of the hotels facilities.

Other duties include :

• Provide daily in-house mechanical and electrical servicing repair and maintenance in an efficient discreet and guest-friendly manner
• Address machinery malfunctions immediately ensuring prompt repairs
• Plan and manage all preventative maintenance work new projects extensions and renovations in a way that impacts the guest experience the least
• Fabricate and repair furniture / fixtures ensuring a well-maintained establishment.
• Reply and resp ond promptly to guest requests
• Provide technical guidance oversee project design and implementation and collaborate with other departments
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets monitoring progress and addressing concerns
• Conduct regular team meetings and evaluate individual and team performance
• Safely and efficiently perform jobs such as carpentry painting and plumbing. Work with contractors when necessary
