Procurement Analyst (SAP Concur)

The role involves supporting the rollout of phase 2 of a new purchase ordering system across the organization. You will assist with training delivery and provide stakeholder support to ensure successful adoption of the system. As a key point of contact, you will offer expert guidance on procurement processes and systems, building strong relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the phase 1 implementation to increase usage by working with stakeholders to optimize the use of purchase orders in their areas. Your role will also involve monitoring purchase orders and analyzing usage data to identify key stakeholders, targeting them for improved system adoption and engagement. You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve purchase order queries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team.

Work Environment :

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. While there is a strong preference for candidates based in NYC, there is openness to considering candidates from Newark and potentially other Eastern Standard Time locations.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
