Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Virginia Beach, VA office.

Note : You must have at least 2 years of real estate transactions experience, including experience with closings. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

About Our Client Our client is a respected Virginia Beach law firm known for its dedication to real estate law. With a strong commitment to delivering smooth and compliant transactions, they provide a welcoming, team-oriented environment and personalized legal services.

Job Description

  • Manage real estate transactions including simple refinances, buyer-only and seller-only deals, and full closings
  • Handle builder-related matters, from initial project setup through to final contracts and draw requests
  • Coordinate all phases of the residential closing process
  • Prepare and organize closing documents and ensure timelines are met
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
  • Experience with closings and builder transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, phone)
