About The Role

We are currently looking for a Regional Market President to manage the Georgetown market. The Regional Market President serves as the senior banking leader for the assigned market, responsible for the overall growth, profitability, and community presence of the bank within that market. This role provides strategic direction for commercial lending, retail banking, and business development activities to ensure market objectives are met. The President leads by example, fostering strong client relationships, community partnerships, and a high-performance culture aligned with the bank’s mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the assigned market to achieve growth in loans, deposits, and non-interest income.
• Represent the bank as the senior leader within the community, reinforcing brand reputation and engagement.
• Partner with regional and corporate leaders to align local objectives with overall bank goals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
