Warehouse Administrator

Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is New England's largest one stop source and distributor of commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors and hardware, drywall, steel framing, insulation, and exterior systems.

We are seeking to add an administrator to our operations team Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm.

The primary role of this position is to assist with the organization of office operations and procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assisting with incoming phone calls
• Process paperwork and invoice
• Print orders
• Assist with inventory counts
• Confirm deliveries within house sales team and customers.
• Research orders, payment issues, and match incoming freight with purchase orders
• Other administrative duties may be assigned as business conditions change or as needed.

Data Entry : Sales orders, transfers, purchase orders, and customer payment posting.
