Administrative Coordinator Department of Developmental Neurobiology

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative activities in order to support and accomplish goals of department and leadership.

This position is primarily onsite. The Administrative Coordinator could work remotely one day a week (excluding Mondays and Fridays).

The Coordinator will also work closely with the Core Operations Manager and Grants Manager. Also support two Faculty Members (Dr. Jamy Peng and Dr. Fabio Demontis).

Job Preferences :

• Some knowledge and experience of grants is highly preferred. The Coordinator will be using Ironclad and Workday for grants administration tasks.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $26.00 - $45.50 per hour for the role of Administrative Coordinator - Department of Developmental Neurobiology.
