Regional Vice President

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Our client is currently seeking a Regional Vice President who will oversee all operations within their assigned portfolio, balancing the needs of the company, owners, and team. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio valued at over $100 million. The RVP will be the primary contact with clients and will represent our client's culture, objectives, and values across the portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, goals, and objectives for a portfolio of properties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leadership and Strategy : Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and owners' goals.
• Financial Management : Oversee financial performance, including budget creation, P&L management, and regular portfolio performance reviews.
• Operations and Reporting : Ensure the successful execution of community performance goals, manage required reporting, and conduct operational reviews for improvement.
• Talent Management : Handle hiring decisions, salary administration, and team development to build a high-performing management team.
• Client and Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, vendors, and other stakeholders while representing our client in various meetings and events.
• Innovation and Best Practices : Identify and implement new technologies, trends, and processes to optimize performance and profitability.
• Acquisitions and Business Development : Assist in acquisitions, due diligence, and identifying new business opportunities.
