Receptionist
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage front desk email inbox and respond to inquiries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room use
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, etc.)
- Support office staff with additional duties as needed
