We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in our Behavioral Health Department. This position provides assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring for individuals with a mental health diagnosis and / or disabilities.

Qualified applicants will have :

• State of Ohio License (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC).
• Solid behavioral health assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
