Rate Caps for Submission : Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 262.50 - half the hourly / callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5200 and below - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7800 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratisCall Back 525 and below Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. EMR : EPICSupport Staff : NoneReason for coverage : Gaps in coverage and locum requiring breaks June / July / Aug 2025.EMR Required Training : Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into applicant in training to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. Module learn lessons Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual PPL training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released.
