Ba s ic F u n c ti o n

To assist a Home Loan Specialist(s) (HLS) coordinate the pipeline of loan applications including but not limited to taking applications maintaining communication with borrowers referral partners etc.

• Knows agency and product guidelines (underwriting experience is a plus)
• Skilled in managing files from start to finish across multiple departments
• Effective intermediary between sales and operations
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Encompass
• Able to move and adapt quickly as a member of a high performing team.

The ideal candidate can read write and orally communicate effectively with different audiences of varying roles backgrounds and understandings of the mortgage process. The individual in this role efficiently handles practical problems even when there is limited standardization and can interpret instructions presented in various formats. The Loan Operations Manager must be proficient in Encompass Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Ed uca ti o n / E x p e r i e n ce :

5 years in mortgage operations with a strong understanding of all aspects of the mortgage process including origination processing underwriting and closing. Work experience must be recent. Hi g h s c ho o l di p lo m a o r gene r a l ed u ca t i o n d e g r e e ( G ED) required.

Other Requirements :

Must be able to pass a criminal history information background check.

Compensation

$75000 - $85000 base plus production bonus
