Working Hours :

• 40 hours / week
• Weekdays and 1 weekend / month

Rotating hours : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm

9 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm

11 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm

Practice or research specialty / focus of the position :  Inpatient Adult Hematology Oncology

Position Summary :  The Oncology Services Division of the Duke University Hospital Department of Pharmacy is looking for a highly motivated and skilled practitioner to join our team of inpatient oncology pharmacists in delivering exceptional care to adult malignant hematology oncology patients. In addition to providing clinical pharmacy services, order verification and clinical monitoring, responsibilities include :
